BOLLE
BOLLE Chardonnay · 375ml
The still white in BOLLE's twice-fermented range brings apple, apricot and citrus, with white flowers, tropical fruit and a little vanilla. Chardonnay and Silvaner give a light to medium body, gentle creaminess and bright acidity. Explore its rounded texture alongside the Austrian Grüner's lighter, fresher palate.
At the table: serve at 8–10°C with lemon-and-oregano chicken from the barbecue, or corn and zucchini fritters with herby yoghurt. Or try smoked-trout and potato salad with dill and lemon. Its fruit and creaminess give the wine a place beside these generous shared dishes.

Gold and 95 points, London Wine Competition 2025. The winning BOLLE Chardonnay entry is vintage 2024.

BOLLE
BOLLE Blanc de Blancs · 375ml
Chardonnay and Silvaner bring lemon, lime, grapefruit and green apple, with a little mango and a toasty finish. BOLLE makes the wine, removes the alcohol, then ferments it again with fresh grape juice. Fine bubbles and a light to medium body keep this medium-dry sparkling lively in the glass.
At the table: serve at 6–8°C with Australian scallops and brown butter, or a zucchini and goat's-cheese tart. The citrus and toast give you both a fresh seafood direction and a savoury pastry match to explore. Or just open the bottle to celebrate the day.

A pale-pink blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Silvaner, with strawberry, blackcurrant and cherry, violet and fresh herbs. The second fermentation takes place under pressure, creating most of its fine bubbles. Dry and light on the palate, it carries a mineral, lightly savoury character through a long finish.
At the table: serve at 6–8°C with watermelon, feta and mint, or Australian salmon from the barbecue with tomato and basil.

Zeronimo
Zeronimo Grüner Veltliner · 375ml
Austria's Grüner Veltliner brings green apple, apricot, lemon and a little blossom, with a light, dry palate and a fresh mineral thread. Made entirely from Grüner Veltliner, it introduces a different white-wine character alongside BOLLE's Chardonnay. The 2023 demi comes from Horitschon.
At the table: open half an hour ahead and serve at 8°C in a Riesling or Burgundy glass. Try King George whiting with lemon and parsley, or cold chicken and potato salad with fresh herbs. These lighter plates leave room for its apple and citrus character.
Wine details
Austria · 100% Grüner Veltliner · Dealcoholised white wine · Under 0.5% ABV · Vegan · Low calorie · Low sugar · Per 100 ml: sugars 2.2 g; 52 kJ / 12.3 kcal

Zeronimo
Zeronimo Zweigelt · 375ml
The 2021 Zweigelt comes from old vines at Neckenmarkter Hochberg in Austria's Mittelburgenland, with 15 months in oak before dealcoholisation. Cherry and blackberry sit alongside vanilla, wood spice, rosemary and black tea. It is a juicy, dry red with fine, tea-like tannins, giving the Flight a fruit-forward red style to explore.
At the table: give it half an hour to an hour in a decanter and serve cool at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass. Try Australian beef burgers with tomato and onion, or roast capsicum, tomato and mozzarella focaccia. Savoury bread, tomato and a little char are good places to begin.

Zeronimo
Zeronimo Leonis Blend · 375ml
Leonis Blend 2022 brings together 60% Blaufränkisch, 20% Zweigelt and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from old Austrian vines. Two years in new French oak precede alcohol removal and aroma recovery. Dark cherry, berries, bergamot, black tea and oak spice meet a dry, silky palate with integrated tannins. This is the red to spend a little more time with as the meal unfolds.
At the table: decant one to two hours ahead and serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass. Pour with Australian lamb cutlets and rosemary, or grilled eggplant, tomato and lentil salad with a little miso in the dressing. Those savoury barbecue flavours follow the wine's oak spice and umami food direction.
