Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed through zeroritual.com.au. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you accept them.

Our products

All of our wines are dealcoholised: made as wine, then had the alcohol removed. Each contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume; a small number, the DIVIN Origine range, are made completely alcohol-free at 0.0%. Each product page states which.

Who can order

You must be 18 or over to order. We ask this because our wines are made, served and enjoyed as wine, not because they are a licensed liquor product.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if stock has sold out, if we cannot deliver to your address, if the order looks fraudulent, or if a price was listed in error. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Pricing errors

If we list a price that is obviously wrong, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather not proceed.

Stock

We import in limited quantities and some wines are allocated. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either substitute with your agreement or refund that item.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Liability

Other than the guarantees above and anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order is the version that applies.
