Our Story

Zero Ritual started with a dream. Literally.

In it, Elise and I were enjoying non-alcoholic wines with the food we create at home and the meals we enjoy in fantastic restaurants around Australia. So we went looking for the best non-alcoholic wines in the world. It’s our pleasure to share them with you and those you love.

The houses

We curate three houses, each the best at what it does. Zeronimo, from Neckenmarkt in Austria — the first house in the world to dealcoholise a 98-point wine. BOLLE, whose twice-fermented method has earned the highest score ever given to a non-alcoholic wine. And Divin, from the Loire in France, farming its own vineyards for a range of quiet precision.

The founders

Zero Ritual is built by two of us — Kane Ransley and Elise Rose — from Melbourne. Kane leads the sourcing, the producers and the journey each bottle takes to Australia; Elise shapes how every wine arrives at your door. We taste everything. We pour what we love.
