Meet the Producers
European cellars. Australian table.
Three houses. One standard: the best dealcoholised wine in the world, whatever it takes to make it.

Zeronimo · Austria
From Neckenmarkt in Burgenland, the house of Katja Bernegger and Patrick Bayer — the first in the world to dealcoholise a 98-point wine. Vacuum distillation with aroma recovery and no added sugar; the fruit of great Austrian vintages, the alcohol quietly removed.

BOLLE · Europe
The only twice-fermented non-alcoholic wine in the world, made under winemaker Roberto Vanin — a second fermentation that builds a mousse and complexity others can't reach. BOLLE holds the highest score ever awarded to a non-alcoholic wine.

Divin · Loire, France
From the Touraine, where Alessandro Baribe farms the house's own vineyards, the Vigneron range is Loire terroir at 0.5% — Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, a Chenin sparkling and a sweet Chenin Moelleux, each gently dealcoholised.
