Tasting and serving your Discovery Flight

Six wines, two houses, and a place at your table. Open a bottle with dinner or bring friends together for the full Flight. Here’s how to give each wine room to show.

Before the first pour

Chill the sparkling wines and whites. Serve the reds cool, and open Leonis Blend 30–40 minutes ahead and Zweigelt 15–30 minutes ahead.

For a tasting across all six wines, Zeronimo recommends a Burgundy glass to bring out the aromas. BOLLE also suggests a flute or white wine glass for its sparkling wines.
