ZERONIC Fresh White brings Austrian Grüner Veltliner together with apricot tonic in a 250ml can. This is an alcohol-free, carbonated wine and tonic drink from Zeronimo, made with quinine-free tonic and natural flavouring.
Lively, dry, light and aromatic. Grüner Veltliner and tonic bitterness provide the natural kick of freshness. Enjoy as an aperitif or alongside food.
Serve well chilled at 5 to 6°C, straight from the can or poured over ice into a wine glass. For a glass serve, Zeronimo recommends a Burgundy glass with a slice of lemon.

How it is made
Every wine in the cellar is made as wine first — harvested, fermented, aged. Only at the end is the alcohol removed under vacuum at low temperature, so the aromatics and structure survive the process.
What remains sits under 0.5% ABV. A trace, not a drink.
Serving
Serve it as you would the original — sparkling and whites well chilled, reds a touch below room temperature — and always in proper glassware; the glass is half the ritual.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and enjoy within three days.
