The alcohol's gone. The wine stayed.

Format: 750ml

Cherry and strawberry lead this Loire Pinot Noir, with spice, a balsamic note and a measured oak influence behind the fruit. It's a dry red with freshness and clearly defined tannins. The appeal is in that balance of ripe red fruit, savoury detail and structure.

The wine begins in carefully tended Loire vineyards near Chenonceau and Chambord. Maturation combines stainless steel with wood, with part of the wine resting in 228-litre Burgundy barrels. The oak brings another layer to the aromas and gives the palate more structure and complexity.

After the base wine is made, a combination of gentle distillation techniques removes the alcohol while preserving its aromatic character. The result keeps the Loire's cool-climate character: an elegant, fresh palate with lively tannins, red fruit and a restrained woody presence.

Bring it to the table with Australian duck breast from the barbecue and fresh cherries, or chargrilled tuna with avocado and lime. Mushroom skewers with thyme make a savoury option to share. Try its red fruit and oak spice alongside the char of the grill. Serve at 13–15°C and give it time in the glass before the first sip.
