Vigneron Chardonnay
The alcohol's gone. The wine stayed.
Format: 750ml
Peach, blossom and citrus lead this Loire Chardonnay, with vanilla and fresh oak adding depth to the nose. Pear and lychee come through on the palate, lifted by bergamot. The texture is rounded, the character fresh, and a lightly woody finish gives the wine length.
The Chardonnay is grown in carefully tended Touraine vineyards near Chenonceau and Chambord. DIVIN builds the wine around the fruit of those parcels, preserving the grape's delicate character alongside the toasted and vanilla notes developed during blending.
A hybrid process combines membrane filtration with vacuum distillation, followed by controlled aroma reintegration. That work carries the fruit and aromatic detail into the finished wine. The result brings a smooth, rounded palate together with citrus freshness and a lasting oak note, giving it substance alongside food.
Serve at 10–12°C with Australian prawns in garlic butter, or a salad of barbecued corn, halloumi and fresh herbs. Roast chicken and avocado on sourdough is another match. The rounded palate invites a little butter or creamy cheese, while citrus freshness keeps the meal lively.

How it is made
Every wine in the cellar is made as wine first — harvested, fermented, aged. Only at the end is the alcohol removed under vacuum at low temperature, so the aromatics and structure survive the process.
What remains sits under 0.5% ABV. A trace, not a drink.
Serving
Best served at 10–12 °C.
