Zero Ritual Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, order history, and — if you sign up — your marketing preferences. We collect your date of birth or age confirmation only to the extent needed to confirm you are 18 or over.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by our payment providers; your card data goes to them, not to us.

Why we collect it

To take and deliver your order, to talk to you about that order, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only if you have opted in — to send you marketing.

Who we share it with

Our warehouse and delivery partners (to get the wine to you), our payment providers, and the platforms that run our store and email — Shopify and Klaviyo. Some of these store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

Marketing

Opt-in only, and every email has a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect order emails.

Cookies

Our store uses cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. Shopify and Klaviyo may set cookies for these purposes. We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels; if that changes, we will update this page and our cookie notice.

Access, correction and complaints

Email hello@zeroritual.com.au to see what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first — and if we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
